studying has never really been my forte, unfortunately. exams are just a mere 4 days away and exactly a week from now, i say goodbye to yet another semester at smu.

it sure as hell won't be a sad farewell.

it has been a quiet semester. nothing too fanciful, nothing too extraordinary. Thank God. The last i could do with is yet another bout of emotional topsy-turvy beings swirling around, and i can confidently say that has been diseplled to far away places.

and i have been home for a good more time than i have ever been, i believe.

somehow, this is all i really need.

my mum has strange dreams

of playing matchmaker for me and random guys. i never cease to be amazed by her creativity. it far surpasses mine. wow.

spending money!!! ARGH. very annoying. gossip girl pisses me off because i love all the fabulous clothes but i can't afford them.

not when one dress goes for $500 a pop. gee thanks. as someone said 'they portray the rich and fabulous. DUH'. ok, right.

that didn't stop me from gg to the club 21 sale. OMG the sale is REALLY a sale. $20 ck stuff and etc? Get real, really. BUt all the good stuff got snapped up on the first two days ( i went on the last day) so i didn't get anything nice except for a thick ck cardigan that looks royally purple.

On a sidenote, i took a nap right after lunch today. Conclusion? BAD. NAPS AFTER FOOD IS BAD. gives u nightmares, a heavy head when u wake up and definitely a disgusting feeling that u have been sleeping ur life away right after eating, turning you into one big slob.

it didn't help tennis lesson in the morn was cancelled due to the damn rain. of all MORNINGS, it has to be monday morning. thanks.

but i went for floorball training. hur hur. dad pushed me out of the house because he declared i was getting fat. THE BIG BLACK POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK. seriously.

am doing online apps for summer internships. very annoying. i am so SICK of doing them and this app will be MY LAST ONE. if i don't get any, i will feel incredibly sad for myself and then eat it off i guess.

or ebay. who cares.

on a side note, i am really pleased obama got elected. but i think it's unnecessary to blog on why he's better for america and how he inspired ppl etc. everyone talks abt that. BUT i must say if i could vote, i might have voted for mccain IF he hadn't chosen that woman of a sarah palin as his vp.

LIKE SERIOUSLY. SARAH PALIN? who doesn't even know africa's a continent, calls ppl jerks and SPENDS $15K AT SAKS WHEN THAT MONEY COULD HAVE GONE TO BETTER CAUSES?

palin is such a bimbo. like those girls u see in Mean Girls. Adult version of Barbie + Mean Girls = OMG THE FUTURE OF AMERICA.

get real mccain. he lost it because of her i tell u. i liked mccain. well, he's more attuned with my ideological beliefs. but ah, that's another issue. summary: obama EARNED his win. enough said, case closed.

i wonder if he got the presidential pup already. I DECLARE ROOSEVELT'S FALA the CUTUEST PRESIDENTIAL DOG THOUGH. i have this penchance for scottish terriers. sooo cutee. i would DIE to have one, but i can't stand cleaning up after dogs. ah, cost benefit analysis. 

but that would not stop me from getting one in future i'm sure.

i'm so freaking lazy right.... -.- oh well. 1 more week to end of school term! yosh. i can't wait for good news in the next few mths. and meanwhile, to pamper myself for VEGETATING IN SCHOOL FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS (ie slacking), i got this!

i've finally finished phoenix wright 3: trials and tribulations. it made me cry. 

not just because of all the eyeballing needed to play the game (my eyesight's officially screwed) but it's because it's the last of the series where i see phoenix wright. damn, an attachment to a video game character? 

strange but true.

the games just made me wonder why i never took law... a decision from the past which i have never forced myself to look back upon, although sometimes, just sometimes, i occasionally sneak a glance at it and feel a tinge of 

regret? maybe.

but that's life. no use speculating on the what-ifs, because there is no way to turn back time and make a decision all oever again. there's only the road ahead. 

which reminds me that once again, i am out of a ds game to play, which is fine since it's really high time to start mugging. 

sigh. can't wait to get away from it all.
